Meet Tomoko Katsurayama, a distinguished professional seamlessly integrating academic excellence with a wealth of global corporate insights.
Tomoko embarked on her academic journey at Nagoya University, culminating in a Bachelor's in Education. Subsequently, she pursued advanced studies, earning an MBA from Ohio University's Graduate School of Business and a Master's in Sports Management (MSA) from the same institution.
Her career unfolds with pivotal roles at renowned organizations such as Nike Japan, Amazon Japan, and a prestigious foreign consulting firm, where she cultivated expertise across diverse realms. Notably at GLOBIS, she served as President & CEO in three companies in Southeast Asia, steering operations notably in the region. Tomoko also holds the esteemed position of Professor at the Graduate School of Management, GLOBIS University, which offers the largest MBA program in Japan.
Leveraging this extensive experience, Tomoko established T.K. Associates Co., Ltd., where she serves as the representative director. Her passion aligns seamlessly with expertise, delivering impactful lectures, presentations, and strategic consulting services that resonate both locally and on the global stage.
