Throughout my 20-year career with Nike, Amazon, and GLOBIS, I have focused on business management, leadership development, and global strategy.
During my time at GLOBIS, I took on key roles, including serving as CEO of operations in Southeast Asia, gaining invaluable insights along the way.
From these experiences, I developed a concept and method that enable individuals to achieve high performance while experiencing deep fulfillment—an approach that has gained significant attention in recent years.
Becoming a "Fulfillist"—someone who not only excels professionally but also finds profound fulfillment—is the key to true happiness through work. This idea transcends traditional economic success, much like the Beyond GDP movement.
To reach this level of success and fulfillment, individuals need a third, critical skill in addition to mastering business techniques and maintaining motivation: This skill is "intelligence"—the mindset and thought patterns that shape how we view and engage with the world.
